Perito Moreno Glacier, not Perito Moreno Town

This is a view of the Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina.  Its huge, so huge that it takes approximately five million years* for ice from the top to reach the bottom.  When I took this photo, we (Kayla, Ange, Chris and myself) were on a boat crossing the lake to go for a walk on the glacier.  In a future blog I'll put up a shot or two from on the ice.

That was Perito Moreno the glacier, not to be confused with Perito Moreno the town.  That place is the worst, I do not recommend staying there, nor do I recommend the empanadas.

*Note that I am not good act fact checking, this is something that may become apparent as the blogging continues.  It might have been closer to 100 years I really don't know...
